- Information entered by the data subject in any text fields included in the form.

3. Purposes and legal bases
a) Responding to enquiries and requests
To manage, respond to and follow up on enquiries, requests for information and potential projects submitted through the forms.
The legal basis will be taking steps at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract when the enquiry relates to the potential provision of services. In all other cases, processing will be based on the consent provided by submitting the form, provided that consent has been obtained validly.
b) Managing a potential commercial relationship
To analyse the situation described by the data subject, prepare a commercial response and assess the potential provision of Neurora services.
The legal basis will be taking steps before entering into a contract or ANSBAD, S.L.’s legitimate interest in managing commercial requests, as applicable in each case.
c) Sending marketing communications
To send information about Neurora services, news, content and promotions by electronic means when the data subject has expressly selected the optional marketing communications checkbox.
The legal basis will be specific, freely given, informed and unambiguous consent.
The data subject may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. They may also unsubscribe using the link or mechanism included in each communication.
d) Website measurement, security and improvement
To analyse website use, measure advertising conversions, prevent fraudulent use and improve how the website operates when the user has provided the corresponding consent through the cookie system.
Detailed information about Google Analytics, Google Ads and other tracking technologies is available in the Cookie Policy.
4. Required and optional information
Fields marked as required are necessary for handling the request. If the data subject does not provide this information, ANSBAD, S.L. may be unable to respond appropriately.
Information requested in fields that are not marked as required is provided voluntarily and is not necessary to submit the enquiry.
The marketing communications checkbox is optional, remains separate and unticked by default, and does not affect how the request is handled.
5. Recipients and data processors
Data may be processed by:
- Authorised ANSBAD, S.L. personnel.
- Technology providers that supply hosting, website maintenance, email, form management and security services.
- Web3Forms, as the provider used to receive and manage forms submitted through the website.
- Google, in connection with Google Analytics and Google Ads, solely in the cases and for the purposes permitted by cookie consent and the relevant measurement configuration.
- Public authorities, courts, tribunals or other third parties where disclosure is required by law.
Where these providers act as data processors, they will process the data in accordance with ANSBAD, S.L.’s instructions and must be subject to the applicable contractual and security safeguards.
ANSBAD, S.L. will not sell personal data or use it for purposes incompatible with those described in this policy.
6. International transfers
Some technology providers used by ANSBAD, S.L. —including, where applicable, Google, Web3Forms, hosting services or email providers— may process data outside the European Economic Area.
Where an international transfer takes place, ANSBAD, S.L. will apply one of the mechanisms recognised by applicable law, such as:
- An adequacy decision issued by the European Commission.
- Standard contractual clauses.
- Other appropriate safeguards provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation.
The company will retain the contractual documentation and safeguards applicable to each provider.
7. Retention period
Data will be retained:
- For the time required to manage and respond to the request.
- For as long as a pre-contractual or contractual relationship exists.
- For the period required to address potential legal liability or demonstrate compliance with applicable obligations.
- For marketing communications, until the data subject withdraws consent or unsubscribes.
Commercial enquiries that do not lead to a subsequent relationship will be deleted or anonymised when they are no longer necessary for the stated purposes, unless a legal obligation or limitation period justifies retaining them.
8. Data subject rights
The data subject may exercise the following rights:
- The right of access to their personal data.
- The right to rectify inaccurate data.
- The right to erasure.
- The right to request restriction of processing.
- The right to object.
- The right to data portability where applicable.
- The right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing where it produces legal effects or similarly significant effects.
To exercise these rights, the data subject may send a request to hola@neurora.es. The request must identify the right being exercised and provide sufficient information to verify the person’s identity where necessary. A copy of an identity document will not be requested systematically; additional information may only be required when reasonably necessary to confirm identity.
The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es.
9. Marketing communications
Electronic marketing communications will only be sent where they have been authorised in advance or where another valid legal basis exists under applicable law.
Each marketing communication will clearly identify the sender and include a simple, free mechanism for unsubscribing.
Withdrawal of marketing consent will not prevent ANSBAD, S.L. from retaining the data required to demonstrate that the opt-out was processed or that its legal obligations were met.
10. Security
ANSBAD, S.L. will implement technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect personal data against loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorised access or unlawful processing.
These measures may include access controls, permission management, backups, secure connections, system updates and reviews of technology providers.
11. Profiling and automated decision-making
ANSBAD, S.L. does not make decisions concerning commercial enquiries based solely on automated processing and does not create commercial profiles using data submitted directly through the form.
Google Analytics and Google Ads may use browsing and advertising measurement data in accordance with the user’s selected cookie preferences. Further information is available in the Cookie Policy.
12. Children
This website is not specifically directed at children. If a child provides personal data without the appropriate authorisation, their legal representatives may request its deletion.
13. Source of the data
The data processed is obtained directly from the data subject, except for technical and browsing data collected through cookies or other technologies permitted under the Cookie Policy.
14. Policy updates
ANSBAD, S.L. may update this Privacy Policy where necessary to reflect legal or technical changes or changes to the services used.
The version published on this page at any given time will apply.
